China produces 80 billion disposable chopsticks using 20 million trees every year. Inspired by Donna Keiko Ozawa's amazing work, I've analyzed this phenomenon and found two innovative solutions that could drastically limit the impact of this everyday object on the environment: the Tatami flavoured Chopstick Project and ChopValue.

The book has been composed using three different spread size. Each of them hosted different type of material. Duri the production, everything has been carefully tuned to fit within the space assigned. Finally everything comes togheter binded by the object of focus iteself.
